Another first for Llandegla –
the biggest bird table in the world
Llandegla is not only picking up firsts in the areas of mountain biking and catering, but also in the field of the natural world.
The Visitor Centre now boasts the world’s largest bird table. This is courtesy of the RSPB, (Royal Society for the Protection of Birds) who work in close partnership with the Centre. The forest attracts all kinds of birds including the rare Black Grouse, therefore the RSPB is working with Llandegla and UPM Tilhill to raise awareness of the local wildlife.
So next time you’re at Llandegla you’d better watch out to see if the world’s biggest bird table attracts any of the world’s biggest birds...
