Welcome to Coed Llandegla Forest, one of the largest privately-owned recreation facilities in North Wales.

The forest has mountain biking trails suitable for beginners and family groups; more challenging routes for experienced bikers; and a choice of picturesque walking trails.

All tracks are completely enclosed within the forest, with no main roads to cross. Within the Visitor Centre there is a café and a variety of facilities for bikers, all just 7 miles from Wrexham and 14 miles from Chester.

Open 7 days a week, parking is available on site and bike hire available.

Help us to Help You!
Parking on the access road, in lay-bys and gateways is inconvenient to our neighbours and creates additional hazards for drivers, cyclists, walkers and horse riders.

Please use the car parks provided. Revenue from the car park is used to develop the trail network. The threshold sign at the trail head contains important information relating to trail grading and distance.

Please use this information to plan your ride so that it finishes within our normal opening hours. Parking outside the centre in anticipation of a late evening ride is not permitted. Expansion of the trail network will be jeopardised if our customers fail to comply with existing planning requirements. TRAIL HEAD CLOSES 1.5 HRS BEFORE THE VISITOR CENTRE.
